Delivering a massive leap in performance for coherent-grade applications
By extending the accessible frequency range from 185.00 THz to 196.75 THz, the LX offers a tuning range of nearly 12 THz—a greater than 10% increase over previous generations.
Beyond its range, the LX Laser packs a punch with up to 15.5 dBm of output power, representing a 3x increase over its predecessor.
Now available on both the DX and DX2 platforms, this laser offers outstanding performance and integration flexibility for advanced optical systems.

ID Photonics is proud to announce the launch of its new O-Band (1310 nm) laser, designed for coherent-grade applications requiring ultra-low phase noise and a narrow 150 kHz linewidth. With up to 14 dBm of output power, it’s an ideal solution for use as a coherent transmitter or local oscillator.
